The idea for this creative visualization came to me one day when I was looking in the mirror scrutinizing my face. And saying some very mean things to it.

In that moment, it occurred to me that our faces have feelings. And hold the energy of all those times we’ve looked at ourselves through the eyes of judgment, criticism and negativity.

I have found that when we nourish our faces with love and acceptance, we attract more of that into our lives. How we see ourselves affects how we are seen.

In fact, the first time I did this practice myself, a younger friend came over afterward. The minute I opened the door she exclaimed,“Wow….you look amazing! So vibrant and beautiful! What did you do?”
